Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, collaborating with different teams to understand system behaviors, and ensuring seamless operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and adaptability to swiftly address and resolve challenges that impact business continuity and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of network-related issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to maintain network health and performance.
- Familiarity with security principles and best practices related to network infrastructure.

Additional Information:
