Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development including RESTful APIs and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
