Regional Manager - Collections - X Portfolio - Housing - Coimbatore - Maple Tower - MM
- Responsible for managing collections operations for the housing portfolio in the assigned region. - Oversee and lead the collections team to achieve targets and maintain portfolio quality. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely recovery and resolution of outstanding dues. - Analyze portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to collections. - Manage regional operations, focusing on Coimbatore area, to optimize collections processes and customer engagement. - Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.Job role
