Job Description
Visit customers at their registered addresses for loan/EMI collection.
Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
Collect payments from customers and ensure timely deposit/update of collections.
Maintain daily collection and field visit records.
Handle customer queries professionally and communicate payment details clearly.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and office team regarding collection status.
Follow company policies and collection procedures.
