Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all relevant components are effectively incorporated. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment that supports business objectives and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform architecture and processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of data platform initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BigID Data Intelligence Platform.
- Experience with data governance and data privacy frameworks related to data intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and best practices for platform interoperability.
- Ability to work with complex data models and ensure their alignment with system architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platform components and their deployment strategies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data platform performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BigID Data Intelligence Platform.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
