Workforce Management (WFM) Executive

Job Summary

The Workforce Management (WFM) Executive is responsible for forecasting workload, planning manpower, preparing shift rosters, monitoring real-time adherence, and ensuring optimal staffing to achieve service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


  • Forecast call, chat, and workload volumes.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure SLA, service level, occupancy, and productivity targets are met.
  • Coordinate with Operations for manpower planning and resource allocation.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage shrinkage, absenteeism, and staffing utilization.

Key Skills


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM Salesforce Tools.
  • Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center metrics.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Workforce Management within a BPO or Contact Center.
