Telecalling Executive

About Spark InfraSpark Infra is a real estate and property development firm operating across Chandigarh Tricity, Mohali, Zirakpur, Kharar, Dera Bassi and surrounding areas. We deal in residential and commercial properties, including flats, independent houses, villas, plots and investment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers from company-generated leads, property portals and other marketing sources.
2. Handle incoming enquiries received through property portals, website, social media and WhatsApp.
3. Understand customers' property requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline.
4. Share relevant property details, pricing, photographs and videos with interested customers.
5. Generate qualified leads and arrange property site visits for the sales team.
6. Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain communication until the enquiry reaches the next stage.
7. Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, site visits and feedback.
8. Maintain accurate lead records, call remarks and follow-up schedules in the company's CRM.
9. Build and maintain a database of prospective buyers, sellers, investors and property owners.
10. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly qualified-lead and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Punjabi communication skills will be an advantage.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM software.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
• Good follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, real estate or sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily outbound calls and enquiry handling.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of site visits successfully scheduled.
• Follow-up discipline and CRM data accuracy.
• Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate.
