Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Management Executive to manage stock operations, maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, and ensure effective inventory control. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of FIFO and FEFO inventory management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations, including stock inward, outward, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory updates in the WMS.
• Ensure stock dispatches follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles, as applicable.
• Monitor inventory receipt dates and expiry dates to ensure proper stock rotation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving, fast-moving, excess, and near-expiry inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Identify and minimize stock losses, damages, and expiry-related wastage.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs and inventory management procedures.
• Support internal and external stock audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management will be preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO and FEFO stock management principles.
• Good command of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation, inventory audits, and warehouse documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution warehouse operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage inventory records and stock dispatch procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
