Optometrist

Position: Full-Time Optometrist

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
• Perform accurate refraction and prescribe suitable lenses.
• Explain prescriptions, lens options, coatings and products to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on their needs and budget.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Support sales and achieve monthly store sales targets.
• Convert walk-in customers into successful eyewear purchases through professional product recommendations.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups and after-sales service.
• Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.
• Ensure the optical store is clean, organized and professionally presented.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Optometry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-ly and confident personality.
• Strong interest in retail sales and customer conversion.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior optical retail experience will be an advantage.
