Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives

Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agents to handle field collection activities, follow up with customers, and recover outstanding loan/credit amounts while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/current addresses for payment follow-up and collection.
• Contact customers through phone calls and field visits regarding overdue payments.
• Explain outstanding amounts, repayment options, and settlement/EMI options as applicable.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update payment commitments.
• Collect and submit payments through approved company/bank processes.
• Update customer visit details, payment status, and remarks in the collection system/app.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic payment-related concerns.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers for difficult/high-value accounts.
• Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.
• Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
• EligibilityMinimum 10th / Intermediate / Any Graduation.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Good CIBIL score and DRA Certification preferred/mandatory as per portfolio requirements.
