Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can independently manage turnkey corporate office and hospitality interior projects from project handover to final completion.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, leadership capabilities and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage complete project lifecycle from mobilization to final handover.
• Prepare detailed execution plans and construction schedules.
• Monitor daily progress against project timelines.
• Ensure milestone achievement as per contractual commitments.
• Coordinate simultaneous activities across civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and networking works.
• Site ManagementLead site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure disciplined execution at site.
• Resolve technical issues independently.
• Maintain quality standards throughout project execution.
• Ensure housekeeping and safe working environment.
• Client CoordinationAct as the single point of contact for clients.
• Attend project review meetings.
• Present progress reports and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and PMCs.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Vendor & Procurement ManagementFinalize execution methodology.
• Coordinate procurement of materials.
• Monitor supplier deliveries.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely availability of materials at site.
• Cost & Commercial ControlTrack project budgets.
• Monitor material consumption.
• Minimize wastage.
• Verify subcontractor bills.
• Certify work completion.
• Coordinate client billing and payment milestones.
• Quality AssuranceEnsure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections.
• Implement corrective actions wherever required.
• Ensure flawless project handover.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports).
• Weekly progress reports.
• MOMs.
• Material reconciliation.
• Site documentation.
• Variation records.

• Billing documentation.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with statutory safety norms.
• Conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor PPE usage.

• Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate office and hospitality interior execution.
• Proven experience handling projects independently.
• Strong understanding of turnkey interior fit-outs.
• Knowledge of BOQs, estimation and project costing.
• Experience in MEP coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent vendor management skills.
• Strong commercial understanding.

About the RoleFYD Interiors is executing prestigious heritage restoration and adaptive reuse projects that combine India's architectural legacy with contemporary functionality.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who appreciates traditional craftsmanship while possessing strong expertise in modern construction management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on iconic heritage properties, museums, cultural centres, boutique hospitality projects and premium interior developments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead complete execution of heritage restoration and interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with conservation architects, structural consultants, craftsmen and contractors.

• Monitor civil, stone, woodwork, metalwork and decorative finishes.
