Visa / Immigration Consultant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with prospective clients, explaining immigration and overseas employment services, following up with potential customers, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.

The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, along with a strong interest in sales and customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective clients and understand their immigration, visa, and overseas employment requirements.
• Explain available immigration programs, visa services, work permit options, eligibility criteria, and service procedures accurately.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and scheduled meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Coordinate with visa processing, documentation, recruitment, and client service teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM or company database.
• Explain service charges, payment terms, documentation requirements, and contractual conditions transparently.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and applicable immigration regulations.
• Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, immigration consultancy, visa services, overseas recruitment, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
