Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to handle business-related calls and communicate with potential and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting services, and supporting B2B business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing business customers.

Explain company products and services clearly to clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Generate and follow up on B2B sales leads.

Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects.

Handle customer queries and provide basic support.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.

Follow up with interested clients and support sales conversion.

Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.

Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Knowledge of B2B business management.

Candidates with experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable making business calls.

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000
