Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Telecaller for EWB Courses.
Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and leads provided by the company.
- Explain EWB courses, training programs and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support conversions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication in Telugu and Hindi, with basic English.
- Confident, polite and persuasive telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain follow-up records.
- Must be willing to work from the office at Ratan Tata Innovation Hub, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam.
Salary: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month plus performance incentives.
