Store Manager – Tanjore Art Gallery
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Tanjore Art Gallery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining artwork displays, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for art, culture, and retail management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail/store management experience
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- Inventory and staff management experience
- Good communication and computer skills
- Interest in art, handicrafts, or luxury retail preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage gallery operations and staff
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Assist customers and promote artwork sales
- Coordinate exhibitions and promotional activities
