Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleVS IT Solutions is looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, generate new leads, build client relationships, and drive sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Promote and explain company products, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
