Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives for customers.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into vehicle bookings and sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, CRM, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.
- Collect required documents and complete sales-related documentation.
