Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their mobile phone and accessory requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate mobile phones, accessories, and other products to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Ensure proper display and availability of products in the store.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow company billing procedures.
- Support store operations, stock checking, and inventory management.
- Follow company policies, processes, and store discipline.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve overall store targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented attitude with target achievement focus.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment and flexible shifts.
- Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
