Job Description

Established in 2014, Five Elements, Vizag is a class-leading budget hotel located on Waltair Main Road in Vizag. We are committed to offering hygienic and affordable stays to our guests. We are hiring a front office executive. Tasks to be carried out are: 1. Reservations management. 2. Guest receiving & processing check-in & check-out. 3. Updating transaction ledger 4. Receiving calls and emails. 5. Other miscellaneous tasks. We are looking for candidates who are obedient, passionate about customer service and possess good communication skills.
