Branch Manager

ETOR VENTURES are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branches of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Berhampur, to drive sales and business growth, to maintain excellent customer service, and lead the branch team effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, sales, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• To Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• To Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business objectives.
• To Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and customer-service targets.
• To Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• To Monitor branch performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• To Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• To Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and review branch performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training.
• Manage Branch expenses, resources, inventory, and other operational requirements as applicable.
• To Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and workplace discipline.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective business operations.
• Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Branch operations, sales and Real Estate.
• Proven experience in team leadership and target achievement.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
