Job Description

  • Night Shift Hotel Front Office Receptionist ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
  • Manage room reservations and guest enquiries.
  • Answer phone calls and attend to guest requests.
  • Prepare bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain guest records and update hotel software.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally.
  • Monitor reception safety and security.
  • Prepare night audit reports, if required.
  • Handover pending tasks to the morning shift.
