• Job Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage and run Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise ad budgets.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Work on brand awareness, project promotions and online visibility.

Real estate industry knowledge and experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads is compulsory.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Must have practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Should understand real estate lead generation and project promotions.
• Should be target-oriented and result-driven.

Important: Candidates without real estate industry knowledge and practical experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads will not be considered.
