Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Handle material inward, outward, and dispatch activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and installation teams for timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Process dealer and distributor orders efficiently.
  • Handle B2B tele-sales and follow up with existing dealers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
  • Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and follows safety standards.
  • Support management with operational and logistics-related tasks
