Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain property projects, prices, locations, amenities, and payment options.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and property type.
- Generate interest and convert leads into qualified prospects.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
