📋 Key Responsibilities:
🚗 Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and business locations to generate sales.
📈 Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers.
📦 Promote lubricant products and explain their features and benefits to potential customers.
🎯 Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
🔎 Identify new distributors, retailers, and potential business clients in the assigned territory.
📝 Generate orders, follow up with customers, and ensure timely business closure.
📊 Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
🤝 Conduct regular client meetings and maintain long-term customer relationships.
📋 Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, orders, and sales activities.
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, as per experience and skill
🎯 Incentive: Up to ₹30,000 as per performance
