Job Description
Swiggy is looking for enthusiastic Field Recruiters to recruit and onboard delivery partners across Hyderabad. Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, local travel, and achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential delivery partners through field visits.
- Conduct recruitment activities in assigned areas.
- Generate leads and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Explain job details and assist candidates with onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide daily updates.
Mandatory Requirements
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Telugu-speaking skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of local areas in Hyderabad.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Petrol and mobile allowances up to ₹3,000.
- PF and ESI benefits.
Experience
