About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and highly motivated Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to expand our Liquor Retail ERP business across Andhra Pradesh.

We are hiring for three key regions:

• Vijayawada Region
• Visakhapatnam Region
• Nellore / Tirupati Region

The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, confident in meeting liquor retailers and capable of independently developing business within the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and acquire liquor retail customers within the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit liquor shops, bars and prospective customers.
• Demonstrate our ERP solution and explain its business benefits.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers.
• Identify competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain regular reporting of market visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Qualification & ExperienceAny Graduation
• 3–5 years of Sales / Business Development experience
• Strong field-sales experience preferred
• Experience in Retail, ERP, SaaS, POS, FMCG, Liquor Industry or Retail Technology is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of the local market and retailer network is preferred

CompensationFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

This is a salary-based role. No sales incentive component.
