About Well and WallWell and Wall is an interior and residential solutions company focused on delivering quality design and execution services to clients. We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive to join our Residential Sales Team in Vellore.

Job SummaryThe Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming leads, communicating with clients, scheduling site/showroom visits, following up with potential customers, coordinating with internal teams, preparing quotations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesExplain company services and offerings clearly to clients.
• Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• Fix and coordinate appointments for site visits and showroom visits.
• Follow up with leads regularly and work towards project conversion.
• Maintain accurate daily reports in CRM software.
• Coordinate with the Design and Execution Teams.
• Understand basic client requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations based on client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Support the sales team in generating and converting business opportunities.
• Skills & CompetenciesGood Communication Skills – Tamil, Telugu, and Basic English.
• Confidence in speaking and interacting with clients.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Candidate RequirementsQualification: Any Degree preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply.

Preferred Industry Background: Interior / Construction.

Preferred Location: Vellore and nearby areas.

Travel: Willingness to travel for site visits, showroom visits, and client meetings.

Salary & Compensation₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

The final salary will be decided based on the candidate's skills, communication ability, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
