Job Description
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Management.
Manage appointments, meetings, schedules and reminders.
Handle calls, emails and official correspondence.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Sales, HR and other departments.
Follow up on tasks assigned by Management and maintain a pending-task tracker.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations and other documents.
Maintain important files, records and confidential information.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up action points.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and visitors when required.
Assist Management with day-to-day administrative activities.
