Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Real Estate Sourcing Executive to generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, and other sourcing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills and be capable of achieving monthly lead generation and booking targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate quality leads through channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with brokers to promote company projects.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
• Follow up with channel partners and customers to convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain daily reports of lead generation, site visits, and bookings.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and closure.
• Participate in project launches, promotional events, and marketing activities.
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good network of brokers and channel partners is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software is an advantage.
