Production Supervisor

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About Us: Parflow Engineering is a quality-first manufacturer of high-pressure valves, fittings, and precision machined parts.

The Role: We are seeking a highly organized Production Supervisor to manage daily production planning and control (PPC). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, minimizing machine downtime, and maintaining a steady output from our CNC/VMC machining shop floor.

Key Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and execute daily production targets for CNC lathes/ VMC related machinery.

·        Allocate shift tasks to operators and track hourly/daily production output.

·        Monitor cycle times and ensure raw materials are staged and ready to prevent machine idling.

·        Coordinate seamlessly with Quality Control and Inventory departments to maintain a continuous workflow.

·        Maintain accurate daily production logs, shift handover reports, and basic shop floor attendance.

Candidate Requirements: * Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (ITI candidates with strong supervisory experience may apply).

·        4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

·        Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle daily shop floor dynamics efficiently.

·        Basic computer skills for updating production records.
