Production Manager

The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, raw material utilization, product quality, production targets, hygiene, wastage control, and timely completion of production orders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily production according to production requirements.

• Supervise production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor the complete production process from raw material preparation to finished products.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
• Maintain proper production records, batch records, and daily production reports.
• Monitor consumption of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Control production wastage and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure correct recipe/formula and ingredient quantities are followed during production.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Store, Quality, Packing, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor production machines and coordinate for maintenance whenever required.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices on the production floor.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Check product quality at different stages of production.
