Barista

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other menu items. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Handle basic food and beverage preparation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and service area.
• Check stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management and report stock requirements.
• Handle customer requests and resolve basic service concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support other restaurant or café operations when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• Preferred Industries: Beverage / Brewery / Distillery, Fast-Food Joints (QSR), Hotels & Restaurants

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹21,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1,000
