Accountant/ Accounts Executive

WIN GRAPH SEALS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Accountant to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Ability to handle day-to-day accounting activities independently.
• Excellent written communication skills for handling emails and business correspondence.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a responsible work attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in Tally.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments through email and written communication.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining proper documentation.

Eligibility:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferred)
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
