Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate daily financial records, vouchers, and ledgers using accounting software (such as Tally or QuickBooks).
- Handle accounts payable (vendor and raw material supplier payments) and accounts receivable (client billing and milestone tracking for machinery orders).
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Preparing e-invoice or e-way bill work is mandatory
Cost & Inventory Accounting
- Track manufacturing and fabrication costs, including raw material procurement (stainless steel alloys, components) and shop-floor overheads.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic physical stock verification.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) computations, e-way bills, filing returns, and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during statutory audits or assessments.
