Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality construction, timely project execution, proper resource management, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers.
• Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and project progress.
• Perform site measurements, quantity calculations, and material estimations.
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines and minimise material wastage.
• Conduct regular quality checks for civil and finishing works.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant construction site experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic estimation techniques.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle site execution and labour management.

Preferred Skills: Site Supervision, Civil Construction, Quality Control, BOQ, Material Estimation, AutoCAD, Project Coordination, and Site Safety.
