Job Description
We are looking for an active, smart and result-oriented Sales Manager who can lead and manage the sales team, achieve business targets, develop new customers and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare and implement effective sales strategies for business growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer visits, leads, registrations and conversions.
- Generate and develop new business opportunities and customer leads.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve their queries professionally.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide proper product and sales training.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth processing of customer files and installations.
- Identify market opportunities and support expansion of business in new areas.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and proper work practices within the sales team.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
