Job Description

A service engineer installs, maintains, and repairs technical equipment, machinery, or software systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Setup: Deliver, assemble, and commission new machinery or hardware systems at customer locations.
  • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, or software failures and replace broken parts.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks and scheduled inspections to stop unexpected breakdowns.
  • Customer Training: Teach clients and on-site staff how to operate and care for equipment safely.
  • Documentation: Write detailed service logs, maintenance reports, and parts requests after each visit.
