Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for Overall Management and operation of Faber Store, ensuring smooth business operations, Achieving  sales target, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves staff supervision, inventory management, financial performance tracking, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service:

• Drive sales and meet revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Implement promotions and marketing strategies, as advised by the Company, to boost sales.
• Maintaining the data of Customer walkins

1. Operations & Inventory Management:

• Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory at all times.
• Monitor product movement and minimize shrinkage or losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

1. Staff Management & Training:

• Recruit, train, and supervise store employees as and when necessary.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff.
• Motivate and evaluate employee performance.

1. Financial & Administrative Duties:

• Monitor sales revenue, Operational expenses and profitability.
• Prepare, Analyze and share sales reports.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper accounting practices.

1. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

• Ensure the store layout is attractive and well-organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and display standards of display stocks as per SOP
• Implement seasonal changes and promotional setups.

1. POS Management

• Experience in using and managing ERP/POS Cashier module

1. Co-ordination with Regional UniOne and Faber Teams

• Manage reporting and operational relationship with both UniOne and Faber regional teams
• Send Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as necessary

1. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
• Maintain security measures to prevent theft and fraud.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Store Manager i.e Minimum 5-8 years or in a similar retail store manager role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours during weekend and Holidays too.
• Basic Computer skills (e.g MS office,POS system,Inventory Software)
