Job Description
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kids' wear.
Explain product features, sizes, prices, offers, and promotions.
Assist customers with product selection and fitting/size guidance.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the Store In-Charge when required.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Support billing, packing, and exchange/return processes when required.
Maintain product and store hygiene.
Work as part of the team to ensure smooth store operations.
