Job Requirement: Online Documentation & Coordination Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Position: Online Documentation & Coordination Manager
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with logistics knowledge can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
• Online booking application
• Coordination with shipping lines
• Follow-up for container movement, vessel schedules, and delivery status
• Data entry and record maintenance
• Handling emails and daily operational communication
• Supporting operations team for smooth shipment execution
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding operations
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Familiar with MS Office and email handling
• Ability to work under deadlines
