Job Description
HR Executive – IT Company
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, interview & employee joining process
- Attendance, leave & employee record management
- Payroll coordination & HR documentation
- Office administration & daily office coordination
- Implement HR policies, SOPs & company processes
- Employee KRA/KPI & performance tracking
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Project & Accounts teams
- Support management in HR & office-related activities
Required Skills:
MS Excel, HRMS/ERP, recruitment, communication, documentation & team coordination.
