Dispatch Executive

 Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.

·        Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.

·        Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

·        Oversee the procurement of strategic Planning, Vendor Managements, pricing negotiations, inventory/materials managements, Quality Assurance of inventory.

·        Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.

·        Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to support project execution.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
