Customer Service Executive

Virtual Pics is hiring a Customer Service Executive – Operations to join our growing team.

We are looking for a responsible, dedicated and proactive person who can take ownership of customer projects and ensure smooth coordination from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer queries and requirements professionally.
• Collect and understand project details from photographers/customers.
• Manage and track multiple projects and their daily workload.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Follow up regularly on pending projects and deadlines.
• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate project details and records.
• Ensure excellent customer service with minimum complaints and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Take complete ownership of assigned customers and projects.

Experience: Freshers can apply. Experience in customer service, operations, coordination or similar roles will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
