Job Description
- Welcome and engage customers entering the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Keep the sales counter and store area clean and organized.
- Support billing, stock checks, and inventory activities when required.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer-service procedures.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
