Job Description

The Business Development Executive – Franchise Sales will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, promoting the franchise model, and converting prospects into successful franchise outlets. The role focuses on expanding the company’s franchise network and achieving sales targets through effective communication, relationship building, and negotiation.

Key

  • ResponsibilitiesGenerate franchise leads through online platforms, referrals, cold calling, and field visits
  • Identify potential franchise partners and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Present and explain the franchise model, investment details, ROI, and business opportunities
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain continuous communication with leads
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits for interested prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM/MIS
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, legal) for franchise onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure smooth communication
  • Analyze market trends and competitor franchise models
