🔹 2. Help Desk Recruiter

🔹 3. Bench Sales / Technical Recruiter

🔹 4. Digital Marketing Manager

📍 Location: Ajwa Road, Vadodara, Gujarat

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite

🌙 Shift: US Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

💼 Experience: 1–5+ Years

💼 Bench Sales / Technical Recruiter – Key Responsibilities• Manage and market IT consultants on bench

• Work with C2C, W2 & 1099 requirements

• Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and clients

• Negotiate rates and close positions

• Submit consultants to relevant job requirements

• Work with OPT, H1B, GC & USC profiles

• Build and maintain strong vendor/client relationships

• Track submissions, interviews, and placements

🎯 What We’re Looking For✅ Strong understanding of US IT Staffing

✅ Hands-on Bench Sales / Technical Recruiting experience

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Good understanding of US visa/work authorization

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Willingness to work ONSITE in Vadodara
