Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our signage manufacturing company.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Manage purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
• Prepare GST invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash management.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with CA for audits and taxation.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Manage payroll, employee expenses, and reimbursements.
• Ensure proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Accounting Principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or signage industry will be preferred.
• Preferred Candidate:Honest and trustworthy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
