Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Company: Saatvik Realtors
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: Fixed salary per month + Attractive Incentives
After Probation:
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain insurance and loan products in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM/Excel.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
