Job Responsibilities

Experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management, along with digital marketing, will be considered a strong advantage and is highly preferable for this position.

Generate new customer leads and business opportunities.

Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email.

Maintain proper customer and sales records.

Maintain professional communication and representation of the COCO

brand.

Daily Reporting & Excel Data Entry Executive.

Maintain records of customer enquiries, leads, quotations , orders, and payments.

Update sales data received from field sales executives.

Maintain product-wise and customer-wise sales records.

Ensure all data is accurate and updated on time.

Collect daily reports from sales team members, client and working partner

agency.

Record customer name, company/hotel name, contact details, location,

requirement, quotation status, and follow-up date.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for COCO Air Purifier.

Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Create and coordinate promotional content, product posts, reels, banners, and advertisements.

Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and advertising expenses.

Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales.

Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
